- Active enrollment in an accredited RN or LPN Program.
- Completion of at least one semester of an accredited RN or LPN Program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Prior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience.
- Completion of Level 1 Fundamentals of Nursing.
