As a Student Resource Coach, you will establish rapport and trust with students, coordinate culturally sensitive services, and deliver innovative programs aimed at enhancing student success. You will work collaboratively with various departments to address equity gaps and support students throughout their college experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Two years’ experience coordinating or working directly in an academic support program at the college level.
- Bilingual language skills (English – Spanish).
Preferred:
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Community college experience.
- Diversity certification credentials.
