About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and/or adults with physical, behavioral, learning, and/or socioemotional disabilities preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Human Services field or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience and training in related field working as 1:1 aide, PCA or school aide.

Easter Seals Massachusetts provides a variety of programs and services for children and adults with disabilities or special needs. Services may be offered in an individual's home, in the community or at our facility.
