Summary
FVI School of Nursing and Technology is seeking a Student Success Coach to join their team in Miami, FL. The role involves proactively contacting and meeting with students to develop success plans, increase engagement, retention, and program completion.
About the Role
As a Student Success Coach, you will build supportive relationships with students through various communication methods, help them navigate their educational journey, and monitor their progress. You will also manage operational elements of your caseload and participate in faculty and campus retention meetings.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or related work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in coaching or supporting individuals one-on-one.
- Experience in a contact center environment with metrics and accountability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Preferred:
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in an environment with frequent change.
