About the Role
As a Student Support Para/Playground Supervisor, you will work closely with the School Psychologist and the Student Support Team to develop and implement evidence-based strategies that help students thrive. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one sessions, small group work, and assisting with supervision during recess and lunch periods to reinforce social-emotional learning.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Moderate experience working with children.
- Must hold AA/AS degree, completed 60 semester credits, approved competency portfolio OR pass MN Parapro test.
- Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota.
Preferred:
- Training in Blood Borne Pathogens upon hire.
- Training in Crisis Prevention Intervention within 6-12 months upon hire as needed for program.
