As a Hair Stylist at Supercuts, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services to clients, maintaining salon cleanliness, and adhering to company policies. You will also participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry trends. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work well in a team environment.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass Hair Stylist Academy with an 80% or greater.
- Must be able to perform administrative tasks including keeping accurate records and maintaining cash drawer.
Preferred:
- Five years or more experience in hair styling for leadership roles.
- Experience in providing a wide range of hair services.
