About the Role
As a Sub-Region Project Controls Manager, you will oversee all elements of Project Controls, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management. You will act as a trusted business partner for Data Center Services partners and ensure compliance with contractual project control requirements. Your responsibilities include managing project schedules, identifying risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience with construction pricing and levers.
- 5 years of experience with project controls within the data center or construction industry.
Preferred:
- 8 years of experience in data center construction.
