About You
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related work experience in contracting and supplier management.
- Strong experience negotiating, executing, and managing subcontracts.
- Understanding of CPSR audits and requirements.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and demonstrate critical thinking.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Defense contracting.
- Ability to maintain compliance with Defense Contracting regulations including FAR/DFAR.
