About the Role

As a Subcontract Procure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire subcontract process, from business case initiation to negotiation and cost accountability. You will develop procurement plans, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer relationships. Your role will also include conducting market surveys, preparing documentation for subcontracts, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Ten or more years of experience in contract administration or procurement, including two or more years in project and customer/supplier management.
Advanced knowledge of material requirements planning methods and government procurement regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

Preferred:

Certificate in Purchasing Management (CPM) or Contracts Management.
Experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace or Medical.
Proficiency with purchasing and materials systems like EDI or MRP.
