About You
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry, Hematology, or related scientific field, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
- Minimum three (3) years in clinical laboratory science.
- Experience in blood banking and transfusion medicine regulations.
- Experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
- Expertise in transfusion medicine principles.
- Knowledge of compatibility testing and blood product standards.
- Understanding of global blood supply chain systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
