Key functions include driving shareholder value, assessing organizational structure, setting strategic objectives, and ensuring operational efficiencies.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 20 years of commercial lines underwriting experience.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategies for profitable commercial lines underwriting businesses.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of value propositions and niche distribution relationships.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to operational and financial details.
