About the Role
As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will work within a housing first approach to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing. Your responsibilities will include providing in-home substance abuse services, managing cases, documenting progress, and participating in case conferences with Child Protection and Permanency and other providers. Remote work is possible after a 3-month probationary period.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and two years of related experience.
- CADC or LCADC certification.
- Ability to provide rotating 24/7 coverage.
- Flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
