About the Role
About You
- Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
- Two (2) years full-time, wage-earning substance abuse treatment or substance abuse education experience.
- Current valid licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or Certified Criminal Justice Professional (CCJP) by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience in a correctional environment.
- Knowledge of community resources for inmate placement in follow-up treatment.
