About You
- Master's Degree in social work, human services, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Active CAC-AD license.
- At least three years of experience in substance and behavioral health services.
- Minimum five years of experience in administrative supervision and oversight.
- Experience providing group and individual counseling to individuals with substance use and co-occurring psychiatric disorders.
- Experience in a supervisory/leadership position within the human services field.
- Familiarity with state/federal regulations, CARF standards, and DEA regulations.
- Competency in Medication Assisted Treatment best practices.

K&I Healthcare Services currently has three locations (11637 Terrace Drive, Suite 201 Waldorf, MD 20602) , (4301 Garden City, Suite 303, Landover, MD) (1800 N Charles St. Ste. 804 Baltimore MD, 21201) The K&I Healthcare Services team of professionals includes licensed nurse practitioner certified to treat adults, adolescents, and children, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, substance abuse counselors, masters level therapists, PRP staff, as well as a a comprehensive team of executive and administrative support professionals. We offer an extensive range of community-based behavioral healthcare services to include evaluations, medication management, mental health evaluations, therapeutic outpatient behavioral on-site services, individual therapy, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). Therapy services may be rendered in a variety of settings, including the client's residence, school, and/or job site, in addition to a more traditional office location.
