About the Role
As a Substance Use Disorder Professional/Trainee, you will provide a variety of services for the Substance Abuse program, including outpatient treatment and prevention. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, preparing client records, collaborating with other professionals, and maintaining contact with legal resources. You will also assist in community outreach and work with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with 2+ years' experience in Chemical Dependency.
- Current Substance Abuse Disorder Professional/Trainee (SUDP/T) License.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish.
- Valid WA State Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in the chemical dependency field.
- Skilled in understanding Hispanic/Latino cultural issues.
- Experience in assessments, case management, advocacy, and referrals.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
