Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader to join their team in Grand Terrace, CA. The role involves working with students as a positive role model, coach, and mentor in a part-time capacity.
About the Role
As a Substitute Program Leader, you will provide homework assistance, create an engaging environment, support positive behavior choices, and ensure student safety. You will work directly with students, implementing lesson plans and maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The position requires commitment to a full-year program and participation in staff development activities.
About You
Required:
- Experience working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Proof of graduation from High School or G.E.D. Required.
- Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public school setting.
- Must be available at least 3 days a week (Monday-Friday).
Preferred:
- 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units required or passing an Instructional Aide Test.
- Flexibility in working hours based on school schedules.
