About the Role
As a Legal Intern, you will focus on appellate advocacy projects and work on various stages of litigation, including investigating, developing, and initiating affirmative cases, as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. You will participate in strategy meetings and collaborate with other ACLU staff and coalition partners.
About You
Required:
- Currently attending law school.
- Demonstrated passion for social justice and commitment to the ideals of the ACLU.
Preferred:
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented.
