About the Role
As a Summer Camp Assistant Director, you will work alongside the camp director to facilitate activities, supervise campers, and ensure safety and wellness. You will help train and inspire a team, manage camp operations, and create an organized and approachable activity space. This position serves as a training ground for future camp directors.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 months of experience working in a Camp, or 1 year in an Education or Child Care setting is required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Past Management or Leadership experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Hourly wage of $23.00 - $25.50 per hour.
- Eligible for sick time where local regulations mandate.
