About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and at least two seasons as a Y Camp Counselor or in a comparable program.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to deal effectively with inappropriate behavior and recognize hazard situations.
Preferred:
- Enthusiasm, sense of humor, and patience in working with children.
