About the Role
As a Summer Sales Intern, you will participate in an online and formal classroom training program to learn how to prospect for new business and sell ADP payroll and human resources solutions. You will work closely with a dedicated Sales Representative to network with key decision-makers, develop strategies for prospecting, and mine existing clients for referral business. The role emphasizes integrity, resilience, and a positive attitude, with a focus on generating incremental business using virtual technologies.
About You
Required:
- Currently attending school and have completed at least three years of a four-year bachelor's degree program.
- Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call and present ideas clearly.
Preferred:
- Prior sales experience.
- Exhibits leadership skills and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
