About the Role
As a Sales Intern, you will work with a dedicated ADP Sales Representative to network with key decision-makers, develop and execute prospecting strategies for ADP payroll and HR solutions, mine existing and prospective clients for referral business, and enhance your selling skills through training programs. The role involves generating incremental business over the phone using virtual technologies and sales automation software.
About You
Required:
- Currently attending school and completed at least three years of a four-year bachelor's degree program.
- Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
- Strong time management skills and ability to present ideas clearly in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
- Problem solver who can find solutions in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Continuous learner committed to personal and professional growth.
Preferred:
- Prior sales experience.
- Exhibits leadership skills and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficient with computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
