About the Role
As a Summer Student - Legal, you will be responsible for researching and drafting legal memoranda, preparing materials for Board meetings, reviewing and drafting contracts related to mutual fund operations, and performing legal research on securities law issues. You will also adhere to department policies and procedures, including confidentiality, and undertake other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Currently enrolled in law school, pursuing a JD.
- Interest in securities law or the financial services industry.

- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and technology skills.
