About the Role
As a Supervisor, House - RN, you will provide critical leadership during non-business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient flow, managing staffing, addressing emergencies, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. You will serve as a resource for clinical and non-clinical staff, supervise nursing staff, and promote efficient use of organizational resources.
About You
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience in the acute care environment required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred
- 0-2 years of prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
