As a Client Support Specialist, you will work independently or as part of a team to service ADP's products and technology. Your responsibilities include building relationships with clients, educating them on product value, and organizing your schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls. About You
Required:
3 - 5 years of experience in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment.
Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
Preferred:
Military experience or equivalent skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
