About the Role
As a Superviseur de Production, you will be responsible for managing quality, cost, and delivery performance (QCD) for the relevant groups. Your main activities will include leading QCDP initiatives, communicating with team leaders to ensure information flow, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. You will also develop your team by integrating new members, overseeing individual development plans, and ensuring proper training.
About You
Required:
- Bac + 2 or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in production
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- Satisfactory level of French and English
