About the Role
As a Supervising Clinician, you will be responsible for administrative and clinical supervision of a team that includes Behavioral Health Therapists and Substance Use Disorder Counselors. Your duties will include conducting staff meetings, providing consultation for treatment planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a caseload of patients. You will also participate in the development of program policies and provide coaching and support to staff.
About You
Required:
- Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post licensure experience.
- Ability to complete supervisory training as required by the Board of Behavioral Sciences within 30 days of hire.
- Two years of experience providing counseling and/or case management services in a Substance Use Disorder treatment program.
- Professional knowledge of evidence-based practices for the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Leadership skills in supervising and managing performance of support staff.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Native Americans.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
