Orthopedic ONE is seeking a Supervisor, Cash Posting and Reconciliation to join their team in Westerville, OH. The role involves supervising the Payment Specialist and Reconciliation team to ensure accurate and timely posting of all payments received.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, Cash Posting and Reconciliation, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with PCI standards, managing cash balancing procedures, and facilitating refund processes. You will also be involved in staff selection, performance management, and training, while supporting the overall mission and objectives of Orthopedic ONE.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or a combination of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience with cash posting and/or bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years in a business office setting, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency demonstrated by ability to create/setup new spreadsheets, use formulas, and data manipulation.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare financial processes.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
