About the Role
As a Supervisor of Children’s Services, you will oversee infant care, after-school programming, and support groups. You will be responsible for supervising staff, designing and implementing curricula, conducting assessments, and providing support to parents. Additionally, you will develop recreational activities, coordinate with external services, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Development, Social Services, Human Services or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience working with children.
- Three (3) years of experience supervising staff.
- Experience working with domestic violence victims.
- Knowledgeable of child development, domestic violence, and child abuse.
- Computer-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
