Summary
HICO America is seeking a Supervisor, Compensation & Benefits to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves overseeing employee benefits, compensation processes, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, Compensation & Benefits, you will coordinate the annual pay review process, manage off-cycle salary changes, and support the administration of bonus schemes. You will lead the annual open enrollment, administer employee benefit programs, and manage compliance with various laws. Additionally, you will handle FMLA and workers' compensation claims, serve as the primary contact for benefit brokers, and support performance review processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of U.S. benefit laws, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and workers' compensation.
- Experience working with brokers and vendors on renewals and plan management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS systems.
Preferred:
- ADP or Workday experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
