About the Role
About You
- 5-7 years of experience in Aerial & Underground construction/Fiber Optic splicing and testing specifications.
- Expert knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, and termination.
- Knowledge of OTDR operation and calibration.
- Ability to direct crews and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with outside plant safety and procedures.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering work prints.
