About You
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Valid State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
- 6 months of splicing experience or one year in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of telecommunications network structure.
- 5-10 years of experience in splicing.
- Strong background in splicing inspection.
- Management skills.
- Ability to read prints and fiber splicing count.
