About the Role
As a Supervisor, Grants, you will oversee the operations of the grants team, ensuring best practices are upheld in grant issuance and due diligence. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the nonprofit or financial service/investment service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Donor-Advised funds and grantmaking best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
