About the Role
About You
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related physical science from a NYSED-registered (or equivalent) licensure-qualifying program.
- 4–7 years of progressive histology laboratory experience.
- Active New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Histotechnologist License.
- Experience in operational leadership and managing complex workflows.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality control.
