You will set departmental goals, analyze processes for improvements, manage reports and schedules, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues with digital recorders and facilitate records reviews.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of medical records/transcription experience.
Preferred:
- Certification from a medical transcriptionist program.
- 2+ years of management experience.
