About the Role

As a Supervisor, Lab Analytic, you will oversee the technical area of the Laboratory, establish work priorities, assist staff in resolving operational issues, and implement adherence to standards and regulations. You will define performance standards, manage operations for quality outcomes, implement new technology, and identify cost savings using process improvement methods. Collaboration with others to streamline workflows and drive positive outcomes is also a key responsibility.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Medical Technology, or equivalent education/experience.
CLSL-Licensed Clinical Lab Scientist certification.
5 years of recent relevant experience.

Preferred:

Solid understanding of laboratory operations and workflows.
Knowledge of applicable local, state, federal health care laws and regulations.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building and coaching.
