About the Role
As a Supervisor, Medical Technologist - Microbiology, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production and non-production activities, monitoring the quality of testing services, scheduling personnel, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also recruit, train, and evaluate staff while supporting marketing and sales efforts related to testing services.
About You
Required:
- BS degree in Biology, Chemistry or other life Science plus 4 years clinical testing experience.
- Medical Technology degree and 4 years clinical testing experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a laboratory following clinical training with a minimum of 6 months in Microbiology.
Preferred:
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
- Professional certification (ASCP, AABB, or other).
