About the Role
As a Supervisor, Microbiology, you will manage direct reports, schedule environmental monitoring, and ensure lab activities comply with regulatory standards. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge in microbiological testing, interact with manufacturing and clients, and oversee the approval of test results. Additionally, you will author quality system reports and ensure training for all team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Microbiology.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of microbiological methods and environmental monitoring.
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a Quality Control Microbiology department.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory compliance.
