About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college-level coursework preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the injection molding industry.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of injection molding, LIM, tooling, processing, assembly, and materials.
- Experience with molding machine setup, operating techniques, assembly, and production machining methods.
- Ability to adjust, set, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, and OSHA standards.
- Proficiency in the use of IQMS.
