As a Supervisor Operations 3rd Shift, you will be responsible for overseeing production orders, interpreting company policies, assigning duties, observing packaging operations, and adjusting work procedures to meet production schedules. You will also recommend improvements to production methods, analyze work problems, maintain production records, and coordinate activities with other supervisors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
