Summary
Pace® Labs is seeking a Supervisor to join their team in Ormond Beach, FL. The role involves overseeing the analysis, administration, and oversight of lab, services, field, or testing policies and practices.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing operations, ensuring accuracy of tests and databases, providing analysis and counsel, and contributing to departmental efficiency. You will also assist in developing project objectives and interpreting policies and regulations while promoting a harmonious workplace environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
- Five (5) years of lab, services, field or testing experience, including experience with complex programs or operations.
- Two (2) years of team leadership experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with supervisory principles and practices.
- Broad understanding of applicable lab, services, field or testing laws, codes, and regulations.
