Summary
Havas Media Network is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Social to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves delivering successful paid social strategies and mentoring Social Traders and Senior Traders.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, Paid Social, you will partner with the Director and account leads to create and implement paid social media plans that meet client objectives. You will maintain project plans, present recommendations, manage campaign budgets, and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and processes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Social.
- At least 2 years of hands-on campaign management experience in social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Rigorous attention-to-detail.
- Technical, in-depth knowledge of social media in platform activation, planning, and strategy.
- Deep understanding of all major social platforms from a technical and strategy standpoint.
- Meta Blue print certification is required.
Preferred:
- An understanding of Mediaocean tools (Prisma).
- Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables.
