Summary

About the Role
As a Supervisor, Paid Social, you will be responsible for managing and directing a team of Paid Search & Social Media Planners. Your key responsibilities include developing and monitoring client P&L's, implementing media planning, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining client relationships to ensure account retention. You will also lead performance and strategy presentations, manage complex marketing analyses, and motivate your team to meet business objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or advertising.
- 3+ years of experience in online advertising including paid search, display, social, programmatic, mobile, video, or affiliate marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting.
- Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people.
Preferred:
- Agency experience.
- 2+ years of digital marketing, search engine, display, programmatic, and/or social marketing experience.
