About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical program staff, ensuring that the services provided align with the agency's goals. Your daily tasks will include ensuring compliance with state and managed care guidelines, developing department initiatives in collaboration with the Program Director, and reporting on routine and urgent issues. You will also assist in marketing the program and ensure the delivery of effective and ethical services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate health-related field as required by standards and regulations.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner within two years.
- Familiarity with recovery philosophy, clinical interventions, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in psychiatric rehabilitation or related fields.
- Strong assessment and triage skills.
