About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of stockroom or retail experience; prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster team collaboration.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
