About the Role

As a Supervisor Software Development, you will be responsible for leading implementation activities, coordinating technical tasks across various IT teams, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to other developers. Your daily tasks will include translating business requirements into technical designs, investigating application issues, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You will also create and maintain technical documentation and develop project plans and schedules.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) and/or Java.
At least 3 years of experience managing Windows servers.
At least 3 years of experience working with cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
Extensive experience in web and database development.

Preferred:

Experience with AngularJS and C#.
Professional certifications are a plus.
Candidates with Workday Extend experience are highly preferred.
Familiarity with AI technologies is desirable.
