About the Role
As a Supervisor, Technical Field Operations, you will oversee daily activities in areas such as leak survey, cathodic protection, pressure regulation, and field SCADA. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, manage training for personnel, maintain departmental records, negotiate contracts, and support regulatory audits. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating new technologies and ensure a safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of English language, mathematics, punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in natural gas operations or engineering; or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, or a process technology (PTech) degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships and negotiate changes to processes.
