About the Role
As a Supervisor, Test Operations, you will manage and mentor a team of technicians, oversee daily testing activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for scaling up testing processes, training staff, and communicating operational results to cross-functional teams.
About You
Required:
- Applied experience in an electrical, mechanical, or chemical process environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of technicians or operations associates.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in lab testing or general factory fabrication.
- Ability to thrive in an environment where processes and systems are still being developed.
