About the Role

Your duties will include conducting performance evaluations, implementing training needs, monitoring team performance, and serving as a liaison between various departments. You will also oversee operations, resolve escalated issues, and utilize data analytics to assess performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- 5 years of experience as a Team Leader and/or equivalent work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps, Outlook, etc.
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive team collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills.
