About You
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 0-3 years of experience in engineering or technical competency, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with various process systems such as injection/blow molding, assembly, and welding.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex drawings.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Working knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8-D, A-3, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram).
- Supply Chain/Procurement management experience.
- Working knowledge of APQP, including design reviews, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans.
- Working knowledge of DOE, SPC, GD&T.
- Experience with failure analysis using advanced techniques.
