Lockheed Martin is seeking a Supply Chain - Material Program Manager - MPM - F-35 Dev - Level 6 to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves leading a team focused on planning, risk management, and operational metrics for the F-35 Global Supply Chain.
About the Role
As the F-35 Development Material Program Manager, you will be responsible for up-front planning, early engagements with the supply base, and driving operations tempo. You will lead a team of supply chain professionals, oversee the implementation of an F-35 SCM risk register, and ensure alignment with Aero SCM strategies. Your role will also involve collaboration with Labor Relations & Human Resources to enhance employee engagement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Subcontract / Program Management experience.
- Leadership Experience (formal or informal).
- Experience in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies.
- Negotiation Experience.
- F-35 program experience.
Preferred:
- Experience handling many overlapping projects simultaneously.
- Experienced at identifying and building organizational talent.
- Experience managing procurement and/or sourcing teams.
- Experience executing lean processes and initiatives.
- Experience with systems such as MRP, LMAP, and SAP.
- Experience leading large cross functional initiatives.
- Experience addressing complex matters and potential solutions with Senior Leadership.
- Experience across complete product lifecycle: Production, Sustainment and Development.
- Experience cross functionally, to include Engineering and Program Management.
